Neuroscience in People & Organizational Development
I work at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, and coaching science because I believe people and organizational development should not rely only on observation, intuition, or self-report. Organizations make critical decisions every day about leadership, talent, readiness, and transformation, yet the underlying brain mechanisms behind those decisions are rarely measured directly.
My work has focused on bringing neuroscience into applied organizational settings—so that brain data can help explain how people process change, regulate themselves, make decisions, sustain motivation, and develop over time. This is the thinking behind Brain-Focused Coaching and the broader Neurometric® ecosystem.
Agile Neuro Index was created from that same conviction: that modern organizations need a more objective and scientifically grounded way to understand agility, internal drive, and human capacity. My goal is not to replace human judgment, but to strengthen it with a brain-based layer of insight that is more precise, more measurable, and more relevant for development.
When neuroscience is translated responsibly into people and organizational development, it can help organizations design better interventions, make better leadership decisions, and build development systems that are more aligned with how human beings actually think, adapt, and perform.

I came into organizational development from the laboratory. My training in neuroscience and bioinformatics taught me that the brain leaves measurable signatures—in its electrical activity, its connectivity, and the way information flows between regions—and that these signatures tell us something real about how people think, focus, and adapt. I lead research at Vanaya NeuroTech because I believe those same signals belong in how organizations understand and develop their people.
My work centers on turning brain and behavior data into something reliable enough to act on. That means designing applied neuroscience experiments and building the pipeline that acquires, processes, and reports brain data with consistency—so that what reaches a leader or a consultant is not a raw signal, but a validated and interpretable result. My published research on directional information flow across different brain states, measured through EEG, reflects the same discipline I bring to our products: precision in measurement before interpretation.
This discipline is the foundation of the Neurometric® ecosystem and the brain analytics behind Agile Neuro Index®. Rather than asking people to describe themselves, we measure how the brain actually operates—its capacity for flexibility, attention, and internal drive—and translate that into an objective layer of insight. My responsibility is to protect the scientific integrity of that translation: to ensure every metric we report is grounded in method, reproducible, and honest about what the data can and cannot say.
Leading a team of researchers, my goal is to keep advancing brain analytics that organizations can trust—rigorous enough to satisfy science, and clear enough to guide real decisions about people, leadership, and transformation. When neuroscience is applied responsibly, it does not replace human judgment; it gives that judgment a firmer, more measurable ground to stand on.
