Step 2: Make a Licence Technology + EEG Purchase
To become an active Technology Licensee, you only need to complete two purchases:
- Purchase of Neurometric® Technology License + EEG Device. This is an annual license to access the AI-based system and Brain Analytics.
- EEG is the main tool for conducting a brain scan. We will assist you with installation, training, and usage protocols.
Note:
The license will be activated within 30 days after payment OR after the EEG is received and training is conducted (whichever comes first.
Step 3 : Add On – Brain Focused Coaching (BFC) Toolkit
This toolkit includes ready-to-use coaching frameworks aligned with Neurometric® results, helping your clients close their brain gaps in agility, motivation, learning, and leadership.
What’s Included:
- Coaching protocol and templates
- Practical intervention design aligned with brain data
- Optional certification for Brain-Focused Coaches (BFC Practitioners)
Step 4: Training & Onboarding
Once you have completed your license payment and received your EEG device, you will proceed to the training and onboarding phase. This step ensures that you are fully equipped to utilize the Neurometric® Technology effectively and independently.
Your training will include:
1. Device Usage Training
Learn how to properly operate and calibrate the EEG device for accurate brainwave recording and data collection.
2. Device Maintenance & Handling
Understand how to maintain, store, and troubleshoot your device to ensure its long-term functionality and reliability.
3. Neurometric® Report Interpretation
Gain the skills to analyze, explain, and utilize the insights provided by the Neurometric® report for leadership development, coaching, or people diagnostics.
Training Format
You will receive access to:
- Self-paced Learning Modules (LMS)
- Access our Learning Management System to explore structured, high-quality training content at your own pace.
- 2x Live Half-Day Kickoff Training
- A scheduled half-day live session with our expert team to ensure your smooth onboarding, answer your questions in real-time, and walk you through your first report analysis.
Your LMS access will be granted and your live session will be scheduled shortly after you confirm receipt of your EEG device.
